Trem Ynys Reviews

Nice, comfortable house with an excellent view. The hot tub was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.
Howard
Well presented property with everything you require, fantastic views over the peninsula, generous parking in front of the property, very quiet and secluded. The only issue is the outside area, pizza oven filthy, Gas barbecue filthy greasy, both housed in a unit looking like its had its day. Recommend but some refurbishment required inside & out. Summer duvets would have been good. Plus, the builder turned up 9am 3 mornings to erect new rear fence, no prior notification given. H. June 25

The house was lovely, so much space, very comfy beds, outside space in the garden was great. Views from the front are beautiful and can be appreciated most from the lounge. The conservatory was a great space for dining. Owner does advise upstairs access is via a narrow staircase so I would not recommend this property for anyone who could find this a challenge. The door to the garden from the conservatory is low, so be aware when entering and exiting. The kitchen is great, lovely quality products, if you wish to use them. Owner is communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend this property and intend to book it again.

Myself and my family had a wonderful time, great communication with owner and a great stay over all. A wonderful place to base yourself with lots to see and do in short drives. We all had a lovely time!!
We had a wonderful stay and have already booked again for next year. The accommodation is welcoming, peaceful and very comfortable with lovely sea views. We can't wait to go back!

Great stay at Trem Ynys. Very comfortable home for a weeks stay. Lovely views from the garden and hot tub. Appreciated little extras around the home. Thank you
This property is exactly what it says it is. Every detail has been covered by the owners. We were a family of 6 adults and 3 under 2s and had no issues with space, comfort both inside and outside. Just a wonderful property and location The Peters family
A beautiful holiday property, clean and comfortable, well presented and equipped with everything possible. The outside space is great not so useful in Oct Nov but we would have been outside all day in better weather. The views are spectacular! Plenty of space indoors for our party of 9, ages 4 66. Glad of the ground floor bedrooms as the stairs are narrow and steep as stated in the listing. We had a great week, thanks.
We've had a fantastic week. The accommodation was beautiful. Plenty of space Everything done to a high standard with very good taste . Definitely will come again. Situated in a gorgeous part of Wales..

Property was a lovely place to relax within short distance to abersoch, and some lovely beaches. Not a lot to walk to so a car is definitely needed. The place itself is perfectly set up for absolutely everything you may need for your trip. The decor and cleanliness was first class. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.
We had a wonderful time while staying here it was our group. It had everything we needed and more. The only reason I said the listing wasnt 100 accurate and what Id feedback on is the listing was a little confusing as it says there is 4 bedrooms but there are 5 bedrooms and the numbers that it could sleep also changed between 810 in the listing but when we arrived we realised there was enough beds for 12 adults, which was great we had more room than expected and 2 couples didnt have to share. This didnt effect our experience at all well hopefully be back next year
Beautiful property very well equipped and well looked after, will definatley be staying here again!
