The ground floor layout means easy access for younger children.

Two king-size bedrooms upstairs both have 180-degree sea views across to St Tudwals islands. The six-seater hot tub overlooks the coast. An outdoor kitchen with pizza oven creates romantic evening meals under olive trees strung with lights. The woodburning stove warms cosy nights in. Abersoch's sailing regattas and waterfront restaurants sit 1.5 miles away. The first floor shower room has a walk-in shower and heated towel rail.
Pet Friendly
Trem Ynys does not accept pets. The property operates a strict no pets and no smoking policy. This makes it unsuitable for guests wanting to bring dogs or other animals. Yes, Trem Ynys has a six-seater hot tub in the enclosed garden. There's an additional fee of £125 payable directly to the owner and it cannot be used after 10pm out of respect for neighbours.

No, pets are not allowed at Trem Ynys. The property has a strict no pets policy alongside its no smoking rule.
How many people does Trem Ynys sleep?
The property sleeps a maximum of 10 guests across five bedrooms. However only eight adults are permitted as the bunks in the family room are for children only.
What arrival days are available?
Standard arrivals are on Fridays only. Monday arrivals are permitted for short breaks and last-minute bookings during winter and off-season periods.
Is there parking at the property?
Yes, there's off-road parking for four cars at Trem Ynys. The property is easily accessible from the A153 via Tattershall Road.
