The surrounding area provides easy access to stunning beaches including Porth Neigwl (Hell's Mouth) and Abersoch's main beach. Watersports, golf and coastal walks are all within easy reach. The Sun Inn at Llanengan serves hearty meals, whilst a farm shop with cafe sits on the outskirts of Abersoch.

Porth Ceiriad beach (2.5 miles, 8 minutes) offers sheltered swimming. Plas Glyn y Weddw Gallery at Llanbedrog (4 miles, 10 minutes) showcases local art. Abersoch Golf Club (1.5 miles, 5 minutes) welcomes visitors. Porth Oer's Whistling Sands (8 miles, 18 minutes) creates unique sounds underfoot.
