Dolwar is a spacious four-bedroom detached house in Abersoch, North Wales. Less than half a mile from both the beach and Abersoch Golf Course, the location is hard to beat. It sleeps up to seven guests and has two separate dining areas great for families who want a bit of breathing room at mealtimes.

Abersoch sits on the Ll?n Peninsula and is well known for its sandy beaches and sailing waters. You can walk to the beach in minutes, hire a kayak, try surfing or simply explore the headland on foot. The town has pubs and shops within easy reach.

The house has a king-size room, a double, a twin and a single bedroom sleeping seven across four rooms. There are two bathrooms a main bathroom with a shower over a P-shaped bath and a downstairs shower room with a walk-in shower plus two additional WCs. A utility room has a fridge/freezer and laundry facilities.

Abersoch Beach (under 0.5 miles) is the obvious draw. Snowdonia National Park is around 30 miles away. Portmeirion village is approximately 20 miles (30 minutes). Hells Mouth beach is roughly 5 miles (10 minutes).

Dolwar suits families and groups wanting a proper base near the beach. The enclosed rear garden with BBQ and patio and the shed for bikes and surfboards make it genuinely practical for active holidays.
