Our party was 3 adults and a cocker spaniel, we enjoyed our holiday at this house. Very well situated and well equipped. View from living room window which is upstairs over the bay is stunning with good weather. Cleanliness great. Initially tricky to find from directions but in a quiet estate on the outskirts of Abersoch. Close enough to walk, takes 10mins. Parking is fine. Not loads of info at the house about local area, but guessing mostly done on internet these days. Small garden to let the dog out first thing, which is great. Remember your bath, hand towels and beach towels as per instructions. Some plumbing issues, maybe after the main season? plug in upstairs bathroomstuck and had to hold open to empty sink. Husband had to mend downstairs cistern continuously filling and kitchen tap leaks when not fully on hot or coldjust niggles, still enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Great location, great house. We were a party of 4 adults and a dog and there was plenty of room. Kitchen was well equipped and two decent sized bathrooms with powerful warm showers. Bedrooms are all good sizes and comfortable. Living area is comfortable and has lovely views. I felt you couldn't make much use of the outside space with only 4 plastic garden chairs and a small table but the village and the beach are only about a 1015 minute walk away so it didn't effect our stay. Would definitely book again.
