Excellent location to the Town. The house was very clean, plenty of towels and it even had condiments. I always take our own as you never know. It did not have a hairdryer so I had to take mine but the accommodation was really good. We would definitely stay at 3 the boatyard again

I cannot rate this cottage highly enough! Spotlessly clean, light, airy, comfortable and well equipped. The beds were heavenly, brilliant showers, so much space and light! The garden was a wonderful sun trap and a pleasant 10 minute walk to town or 5 minutes to the harbour beach. It was absolutely perfect, thank you so much!

This is such a beautiful place to stay with the boatyard and itâ??s boats right in front of your door giving it a very special feel . Everything was of the highest standard and so much space, so many bathrooms and the most comfortable beds ! We had the best time ever in this fabulous cottage !

Lovely property in great location. We picked the property due to having 3 bathrooms , unfortunately the toilet on the first floor wasn't flushing. Despite reporting this and being promised a plumber would attend to fix , this never materialised so very disappointed. The couple staying on that level had to keep going downstairs. Also the garden furniture cushions are left outside and we're absolutely soaking wet when we arrived and didn't dry out so couldn't use the outside furniture.
