The house was well presented and equipped As there were only 2 of us we enjoyed loving on ground floor after staying in a 3 storey holiday home the previous week. Well location in a quiet cul de sac and not too far from shops and beach pubs and cafes. Enjoyed visits to Ty Coch inn, Criccieth Castle and Plas y'n Rhiw NT Aberdaron and Tin Man at Llanbedrog. Abersoch is a great base. Thank you for the fizz and for allowing to check in early owing to poor weather conditions on arrival day. Lucky for us no one staying the night before. Disappointing not being able to use the bath due to lack of hot water. Also noise from next door at end of stay due to renovation work hopefully it wont last too long.

The house was very well presented on arrival, nothing was out of place and spotlessly clean! Very comfy beds as well The location is great for the town and local beaches as well, spot on! We appreciate the time of year however the whole area is quiet being that its five minutes out of town Thank you

No fan, no change of bedding, uncomfortably hot temp in upstairs roof bedrooms with heavy quilts. 2 taps dripping constantly downstairs on arrival. Bathroom door wouldnt shut, bedroom door wouldnt open as new carpet. Upsetting Phone call when setting off to warn about cat straying onto carpet. But advert only said pets not allowed upstairs! Carpets and rugs virtually everywhere but dogs welcome???! Battery gone in every candle.

The house was lovely beautifully finished, garden lovely suntrap. Lots of walks on the beach. Were on beach and coffee at the sandbar, toastr sandwiches and coffee at Nickys. Headland walks amazing Thank you Liz

This is a good property in a very quiet location. Short walk to well stocked shop, restaurants and beach. Property is well equipped and clean, beds very comfortable. We had 6 adults staying and bunk room was a little small as was living room but other than that I would recommend this property.

Lovely bungalow, great location for exploring abersoch, the property was spotlessly clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay, mastered the hob after watching a simple YouTube video, we will definitely be back next year Thank you !

Really comfortable and well laid out cottage. Nice open plan living area with door onto enclosed patio area. Main bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Easy walking distance to the local shop, the village centre and beach. Only small drawback was the existence of a bath but not enough hit water to fill it.

Vacuum cleaner not emptied. Old bits of food under the central marble on the table. The mats in the hall are not non slip. The driveway was not swept, old oyster shells and other shells not cleared. Clearly it was not cleaned to any standard at all.

The house was lovely, clean and pretty. The yard was a little sun trap where we enjoyed lunch most days.We love how close to the dog beach and town. We had a lovely stay.

Lovely Cottage finished to a very high standard and very comfortable and clean. Lots of household items to make it a perfect stay, washing machine,dishwasher, heated airer, BBQ to name a few. Very well positioned from abersoch village with just a short 5 minute walk to the local shops, bars, resturants and harbourbeach. Dog friendly too which is perfect for our pooch. We was there for a long weekend and the place slept 6 comfortably. We will definitely book again.

What a lovely quaint little house. We bought our elderly mum who used to have a caravan on the Warren, she had the best time reminiscing. We all loved it here and would deffo come back. Clean and fine eye for detail. Thank you.

We absolutely loved your house, the styling decor and finishing touches made it immediately relaxing. We're Emma mattress converts so comfortable This is the best cottage that we've stayed at in Abersoch and we have stayed in many. We loved the proximity to the village and beaches the peaceful and quiet location and the neat rear garden. We will love to stay again.

Beautiful property in a great location, accessible to the beach, shops and restaurants. The bottle of prosecco on arrival was a lovely welcome. We felt very much at home straight away, some lovely touches made it so easy with a dog no matter the weather, porch as you enter, separate utility room with a heated airer! Highly recommended.

A beautiful and well presented holiday home in a fabulous location 5 min walk to shops, beach and restaurants. There is everything you need for your break away. I would highly recommend and definitely stay again! Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

A beautifully presented property tucked away in an ideal location with private parking for 2 vehicles within easy walking distance to the town beach and all amenities. The bottle of fizz on arrival was much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to ours friends & family. I can't see how anyone booking this little home from home gem could be disappointed.

Lovely property with a lot of useful facilities and a great use of space. The hob, however, was extremely difficult to work and needs better instructions for use. That aside, we would definitely recommend!

Very relaxing stay comfortable and clean. Weather was kind to us, loved the garden saw a couple of goldfinches. Good dog welcome restaurants. Potted Lobster very nice for a treat, really well stocked Spar shop nearby.

Lovely comfortable dorma bungalow, must have been extended to provide such a large ground floor double ensuite, upstairs a little more compact but very comfortable. All amenities within walking distance . Nice outdoor space. Would stay again.

Very welcoming and clean house, Perfect place for walking into Abersoch and the beautiful beaches. Just many lovel quirky cafe beyond the harbour for coffee and cake. Trip to Llanbedrog walking around Llanbedrog and Llanbedrog point. great views of Cambrian Mountains. The weather was kind to us all week with lots of sun perfect to sit in the courtyard garden. This is a great property with a terrific attention to detail. Situated in an ideal location, close to Abersoch centre & only a short walk to both the main beach & the Warren beach. The house has most home comforts & is well maintained throughout. We're already looking to revisit in the near future.

Beautiful property . First class accommodation. Everything looks new and the house is very tastefully decorated and smells divine as reed room fragrances are dotted about . The patio garden which is enclosed was very handy for the dogs. Walking distance to the shops, pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended.

This was a beautifully renovated property with lovely interior design features. The property has every essential item we needed for our stay and was beautifully clean and very comfortable.We would recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Abersoch as it is within easy reach of the centre and beach.

We had a beautiful week the cottage had everything we needed, great location for both the beach and the town, yet in a quiet location we will be back!

Nice property but couldn't work the hob

Lovely house for a family holiday. Clean, comfortable, Well equipped kitchen. Spacious master bedroom downstairs. Beautiful sheltered garden to make sitting outside possible on a windy day and private enough if you wanted to do a spot of sunbathing in your bikini! Great location for walking in to town. We had a great week in Abersoch and would definitely stay here again.

Walking the dogs on the beaches, Swimming in the sea. .. Thank you so much, we've had a lovely holiday. This cottage is perfect if you want to bring along your fourlegged friends.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cae Du. The house was lovely and comfortable. The location is perfect within walking distance of Abersoch and the beach. We will definitely be returning again next year.

A fantastic property, beautifully decorated and pristine throughout with everything needed for our stay. About 12 mins walk to beach and Abersoch Centre. We ate out at most of the local restaurants, would rate Fresh and Crust Pizza the best, would also highly recommend the Little Tea Rooms at the other end of the beach . Great day out doing Tin Man coastal walk by Llanbedrog Beach and also trip to Ty Coch Inn.

Really lovely holiday home pristine with everything you could need and more. A very very comfortable stay. Nice and quiet out of season but so close to all amenities. Great spot for access to dog friendly beach close to golf course with useful shower near toilets useful for cleaning off a sandy dog. Our little cockerpoo was quite at home and holiday home very dog friendly. Lots to love about the area and location. Lovely courtyard garden with total privacy. One of our top holiday trips stay and location.
