Well presented home that made you feel like you were home. All aspects well thought out, fast WiFi, all appliances you need including iron and ironing board. What more can I say. Will be back thats for sure.
Fantastic house and great location
The property was in excellent condition, situated in a great location for many beaches and local facilities. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to a similar holiday in the future.

This was our third trip to Ty Coed as this is such a wonderful place to spend time in Abersoch. Great location , facilities and parking go without saying. As soon as you walk through the door, even for the first time, Ty Coed feels like a warm and welcoming family home that is all yours for your stay. Again the weather was kind which meant breakfast outside plus time to wind down in the sun, on the cute patio, at the end of a busy day before a walk into Abersoch Village for dinner. Abersoch has been part of the family for more than 30 years and I would say that Ty Coed is perhaps my favourite location and would not really want to consider going anywhere else. Thanks again .....see you next year x
We loved staying here. Its a fantastic holiday home & perfect for getting into the village, bars and beach. Loved being here. We had a query for the property which was responded to super promptly and we appreciated it.

Wow what an amazing house and facilities, we would love to return ! It was my husbands 50th so we spent time with friends we hadnt seen in a long time. The only things that we found we needed were tea towels and oven gloves as we cooked a roast on the Sunday . We will know next time. Theres a leak from the ceiling in the downstairs toilet which could do with a repair. We did bring towels but it does say on one of the sites that towels were included, so we nearly never until my husband spotted it. The location was fab, just off the high street and the house had a great parking area to the front for all our cars. The back yard area was heated which is great at this time of year. The bedrooms were a great size with lots of wardrobe space . The bathrooms again were top notch. Pending price wed love to come in the summer of 2024. We will be in touch . I booked 2 nights, but couldn't get in till after4, Even though the house was empty at 2pm. We had to leave by 10am on last day ,again the house was empty till way past 12, o,clock, A little give & take would have been appreciated, as my husband has dementia & a lot of hanging around could have been avoided, .
Excellent property, fantastic location
We have used this property a number of times and have always found it to be perfect for our needs. It is close to both the beach and the village and has excellent parking facilities for a number of vehicles. The property is carefully maintained and cleanliness appears to be a high priority. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.
Great property & we had a lovely stay however we couldnt find the BBQ and this is noted as being at the property. There were 10 of us staying but only chairs for 8. We do like to sit down as a family to eat so this was disappointing. Also not enough cutlery. Everything else was great. Thank you

We had a lovely stay at Ty Coed, easy check in, house absolutely as described and so convenient for everywhere. We really enjoyed the house and a perfect size for 8 of us and two dogs. They dont provide towels and this includes tea towels as well so you need to take some. I would definitely recommend and would consider a return trip

A fabulous comfortable house in the heart of Abersoch. Lots of parking. Easy to walk to the Village and beach in minutes. This is our second visit and have rebooked for 2023. I would highly recommend this house for an extended family.
We have stayed at Ty Coed previously. Its spacious, well equipped and its position is fabulous for beach, shops, pubs etc love the re vamped outdoor space. It really is home from home, we prefer to cook rather than eat out, the kitchen and facilities are perfect.
We wanted to let you know that Ty Coed was a fantastic rental property. . It really felt like a warm family home and it was perfectly laid out and comfortable for two families with two young children. We loved our few days in the house.
