Holiday property excellent but the Service from Sykes very bad. When I telephoned to book the chalet I pressed the correct digit and got through to speak with someone immediately but when I then wanted to discuss two issues I then telephoned and again pressed the appropriate digit but had to hang on, or wait, for someone to answer for each time over 30 mins. and on three occasions hung up with getting through to speak with someone.
