The Summer House is a seven-bedroom detached house in Abersoch, on the Ll?n Peninsula in North Wales. Built in 1939 and sleeping up to 16 guests, it sits just 300 metres from Abersoch Beach with stunning views across the golf course and out to sea. A half-acre garden with a decked dining area makes outdoor living easy here.

Abersoch is a well-known sailing and watersports destination. The harbour is a short walk away and the beach is practically on your doorstep. Llanbedrog village is 3 miles away and Pwllheli is 7 miles. A pub and shop are both nearby.

The house has seven bedrooms across three floors. Ground floor: one twin and one double. First floor: an emperor-size master with en-suite and sea views, a super-king with gallery window views toward Saint Tudwal's Islands and a twin with en-suite. Lower ground: a super-king furnished with antiques and a quad room with bunk beds. Five bathrooms in total.

Abersoch Beach (0.2 miles), Llanbedrog Beach (3 miles), Portmeirion (26 miles / 40 mins) and Snowdonia National Park (20 miles / 35 mins) are all within easy reach.

The Summer House suits two or three families travelling together. Sixteen guests, seven bedrooms, a long oak dining table and a half-acre garden it's a serious group holiday house in a brilliant location.
