Location was alright, listing was accurate. Cleanliness..... Stains in upstairs bedroom carpet from dog urine, also the smell of dog in that bedroom was strong. Dog hairs on and under the furniture in the living room and unable to use pillows in the downstairs bedroom next to the hot tub due to the smell of dog. Maintenance Upstairs bedroom wooden shelf was on just hanging on the wall therefore unable to use. Toilet near the front door, roll holder was not attached the wall. Kitchen Flooring between the main fridge freezer and the kitchen island, lifting, causing potential trip hazard and a 2 year old and 85 year old stubbed toes. Dustbins were full on arrival and never emptied during our stay, hence why I notified you that we could not empty the bins in the kitchen prior to leaving.

There was not enough kitchen equipment no mop for cleaning, the bedrooms are in the basement,
