I had a lovely stay in the annexe, I was on holiday on my own and was made to feel very welcome by the owners. So friendly and helpful It was clean and comfortable with several outside areas to use. Fantastic views with Snowdon visible on a clear day in one direction and then fabulous sunsets in the other direction overlooking Hells Mouth. Very peaceful loved it
