Had a very pleasant short break over the New Year. Place was clean, warm, quiet and had everything we needed and was just a 3 minute walk from the centre of Abersoch. Would definitely go back for those reasons.

Great location, just a short walk away from Abersoch. Great enclosed garden for the dogs, they are little escape artists but failed as fully fenced We would love to return to this property in the future and would highly recommend.

The location is fabulous, lovely garden and outdoor furniture. Quiet setting, easy walk to the beach and village centre. Inside is quite dated, lots of bare wall hooks, could do with a lick of paint in places kitchen and bathrooms. An in door drying rack would be helpful, washing cant always be put outside. Many windows impossible to open, locks jammed.

We all had a lovely stay in your bungalow and loved the proximity to the town centre and the beach. Couldn't fault anything and are seriously considering a return visit later in the year.
We had a fantastic stay at 7 Maes Awel. Its in a great spotreally peaceful with no through traffic, but still an easy walk to the village and beach. The sea view was a lovely bonus! The outdoor space was a real highlight for us, with a great BBQ area and a brandnew dining table, perfect for long, lazy meals outside. Inside, the feather bedding was so comfyit made all the difference after a day out exploring. We had a brilliant time and would definitely love to come back. Were looking forward to our next stay!
We had an amazing stay at 7 Maes Awel. The location was perfect with parking next to the hours and a large garden area which was fenced off allowing the children to play outside safely. The accomodation was spacious, light and had everything we needed. The bedding was fantastic. Just a short walk away we found the beach, shops and cafes. We couldn't have wanted any more. We look forward to returning soon.
My husband and I and our 2 children have recently stayed at 7 Maes Awel. We were blessed with great weather and took full use of the BBQ and outdoor facilities and very comfy loungers. We had a lovely view of the coastline from the garden. The garden was a safe and secure place for the children to play in. The area was quiet and very peaceful. The House was well equipped for us as a family, clean, airy, light and very comfortable beds. Very convenient for the childrens play park, local well stocked shop and we could easily walk to the beach. All in all a great find.
An awesome few days spent at 7 Maes Awel, Abersoch. This cottage is in a quiet road with no through traffic but with the buzz of Abersoch immediately accessible. It even has sea views. We could literally feel ourselves relaxing as we walked through the front door and were amazed by the size of the place. This is deception on a grand scale but in a good way! The generous proportions inside are complemented by neutral and pretty decor throughout. The kitchen had everything one might need, whilst the open plan living dining room was immense. The hosts have clearly invested in quality throughout and you could tell. It had large, comfortable sofas and a huge dining table. So often, living areas arent really practical for multiple occupants, but this was. To the rear of the property there was a combination of raised decking and lawn. It felt surprisingly private, which was very nice. To visit the village or the various beaches couldnt have been easier and because of where the cottage is located, every destination was roughly the same short walking distance. We did not use our car once during our stay. We really enjoyed this and it felt quite novel. This is a special cottage and we would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Abersoch.
