This was our 3rd stay at Arwelfa Lodge and it didn't disappoint. Lovely accommodation with everything you need and an amazing view! The only tiny criticism is that the bedroomsbedding could do with updating. Other than that, the accommodation was perfect for us....we have booked again for next year!
Stayed many times in this property it meets all our family needs.

Loved Arwela lodge we would definitely recommend to others and stay there again. Fabulous view and all amenities needed for a very enjoyable stay
First visit to Abersoch, very pleased to have found this accommodation and would not hesitate to return.
Fantastic viev and a quiet spot. Would recomend Arwelfa to anyone fira holiday.Thiught it strage that towels were not provided. The wood railing on the outside area needs looking at as it did not look safe to me and it s so nice sitting out there.

Just booked our 5th stay! A lovely place to stay with fantastic views. Marked down on the cleaning due to a few cobwebs, nothing major. The ensuite window was broken when we arrived this year but when reported it was fixed the same day. Overall, great value for money. Looking forward to our 5th stay next year. Ps love the new main bathroom!

This well equipped property is just perfect for our family group. My Daughter and I sail dinghies in Abersoch Mirror Week. The grandchildren paddleboard off the beach and we rent a beach hut for my wife to be sheltered as she looks on. It is ideally located for walking access to the village shops and restaurants and even the beaches however it is a fairly steep hill when walking back for those with mobility issues. There is also a short clifftop walk to the Yacht Club. We love the light and airy feel of the lodge and the decor and the wonderful views from the terrace over the harbour and it's beach. It would be good to have a separate simple to use microwave as we found the oven a bit tricky to use for this purpose. We had a wonderful time.
Arwelfa Lodge is a well equipped and clean lodge. It has spacious accommodation with plenty of room for relaxing. It had some facilities which weren't listed e.g. coffee machine and a more detailed inventory which is supplied to booked customers would be very useful to avoid the packing of items that are not required. It is situated in an excellent position with lovely views over Abersoch Bay and an easy and short walk into the town. I would like to see the gap between the lodge and the decking filled in as has been suggested by other previous customers so that it is safer for toddlers and younger children. It's a shame that a cracked wine glass and a frying pan with a dangerously loose handle hadn't been replaced before our arrival. But these are minor points and we all had an amazing week's holiday.

Lovely property and well maintained. I felt the gap from the patio door to the decking needs covering. If small children in property they could get a leg caught in it. But otherwise Lovely. All items you need in place

Absolutely lovely weeks stay. Lodge was beautiful with beautiful views. Large and spacious. Plenty of parking also.

We had a wonderful week at Awelfa Lodge. The property was very comfortable with a stunning view. It was well equipped although we had trouble operating the oven. In fact we didnt use it because we couldnt work out how to use it. We found a manual but this did not seem to apply to the particular model there. Probably it was us although we also tried Google We also noted a wet patch of carpet outside the bathroom door which we reported to the handyman and there was a slight smell from that area too However despite these minor issues I would certainly recommend Awelfa Lodge for a holiday and my sisters and I are looking forward to a further visit in the future.
This was our 3rd visit to Arwelfa this year but there are certain issues that had not been sorted since that first visit in April that we assumed would hence why I am describing them now. Bathroom We assumed the seal of the bath would have been taken care of and instead there is a silicone line around the bath that is unsightly and hasnt been fixed. The toilet roll holder has been broken since April not important but a little detail. There are ants next to the toilet that I had to buy ant powder for on our 2nd visit these things happen but these still havent been treated. Ensuite the drain in the shower is clearly severely blocked, again this can happen yet nobody has yet sorted this months later. The toilet seat is not fixed to the toilet so always moves. Again a little thing but not reflective of what people pay expect. A general update to the bathrooms is necessary now to reflect the beautiful living and kitchen area Which is faultless! The view the view is now really obstructed by the trees which have not been managed throughout the spring summer months. The view is a USP for Arwelfa and this was so irritating that it is now blocked by so many trees. This really has an impact when youre in the lounge on a rainy day as it was such a highlight to see the view indoors. The above are all small things to us but I recognise many holiday letters could find these significant. I really hope they are looked into as we have made some amazing memories at Arwelfa this year and wish the lodge lots of luck.
Lovely place to stay and an ideal location for all the amenities. Had everything that we needed for our lovely week away. Would definitely book again.
Clean, warm, comfortable and well equipped. Went beyond our expectations and the view was magnificent. Directions could be a bit clearer as it took us a while to find the property located on the hill behind the front houses. Would definitely recommend and return!

Wonderful view and weather. We had a fabulous time.
We have stayed at many properties at The Warren and this is our favourite. The property was modern and the specification was at such a high standard. The beds were super super comfy! The view was lovely and the outside space was extremely large. The owner was incredibly helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay in a great location. Would definitely stay again. If there was anything to improve would be the water pressure was too low so when having showers it wasnt strong enough. TV signal wasnt there but presume this was as it has other channels. The extra touch with a bottle of Prosecco on a arrival was lovely

Fabulous stay yet again. Excellent facilities and comfort. Cannot fault the service or communications when we had a problem with a toilet and power cut.

We love staying in Abersoch, but the location of this home made our stay extra specialwe could walk to several beaches on foot and the town's restaurants and shops were just around the corner! The home was very comfortable, clean and the views where absolutely amazing. There is a leaky ensuite toilet that we didn't use but had to keep mopping up and we would've been able to hoover if the bag wasn't packed full and spares were kept on hand. Everything else was lovely though, and we hope to stay there again next year!
We had a lovely time and will re book for 2017

A lovely holiday lodge. It had everything we needed for our week away. The property was well equipped, spacious and clean. Sitting out on the decking area to eat our evening meal was lovely.. weather permitting of course. The enclosed garden area was great for our 2 year old to play freely. There is a steep hill to climb up the road which was a bit difficult with a pram and toddler but worth it for the views from the Lodge! Shops, beaches, cafe and restaurants all within walking distance. All in all, a very relaxing week away. Ready to do it all again next year!
