Continue into the lounge/diner where a snug area with a sofa and armchair surround the wood burner. There is also a dining table with chairs for six and an additional seating area with garden views. Completing the ground floor is a bathroom. Upstairs are two more family bathrooms plus four bedrooms – two doubles, a twin room plus a bunk bedroom. Outside is an enclosed terrace with a BBQ and views of the creek. An additional enclosed lawned garden is opposite the house. During your stay in Little Petherick, you can start your day with a stroll along the creek through Petherick Valley (0.5 miles) to the River Camel. Treat yourself to a meal out at one of the seafood restaurants in Padstow (3 miles)– here you’ll find the National Lobster Hatchery and a picturesque harbour. Put on your walking boots and head along the South West Coast Path from Padstow and discover numerous secluded coves like Hawker’s Cove (5 miles) to Tregudda Gorge (7.5 miles).
